PART 01
智慧课堂
各位语言教师不辞辛苦每日课程结束均在微信群进行详细的课堂教学内容及学生表现反馈，每周每月定期向家长、班主任老师及年级组提供汇总报告。
同时为了提升教学效率、方便实时监管、增强家校合作，引进线上学习平台，为搭建智慧校园贡献自己的一份力量！

多彩课堂
除此之外，中外教老师积极承担学校选修课程的申报，所开设课程获得学生广泛欢迎与认可。其中许春晓老师开设茶艺课，Mariya老师开设网球课，Nicholas老师开设戏剧课，此外两位外教老师还积极筹办morning show社团、辩论社社团及学部杂志年鉴编纂工作。美国方向课程的不断改进、完善和丰富离不开项目组内每一位老师的辛勤付出与主动担当！
PART 03
高品质课堂
美国方向的申请不只是GPA与标化成绩的硬碰硬，也少不了科研、实践活动、学科竞赛等背景活动。为此项目组联合中外方教师及留学规划老师精心筛选部分高品质竞赛活动。
整个赛事准备工作从组织承办、到赛前辅导、再到整个赛事流程上严谨、细致、扎实、有序，并取得了一系列优异的成绩！

As a teacher, I am responsible for establishing a safe learning environment where both students and teacher can learn from each other. I believe students should be active participants in the classroom.I am a big believer in cooperative learning, integrating technology into the classroom, and inquiry based learning which together promote collaboration in the classroom and increase student engagement.
My main goal in teaching is that my students will not simply learn to make a living, but also live to learn.
I hope to inspire students to find their passion, cultivate their curiosity for the world around them, and equip them with the tools to pursue their interests and find success in the future.
i enjoy being friends with the students as much as i enjoy teaching them. I hope that with me, my students learn not only academic knowledge, also skills that can be applied in life.
Study is like sailing against the current; either you keep forging ahead or you keep falling behind.
